We are hiring:

• 28 Casino Dealers (Poker and Table Games
• 3 Bartenders
• 1 Food & Beverage Manager
• Additional hospitality and support roles

Dealers

Poker and blackjack dealers run clean, fast games. They manage cards, chips, and payouts with precision. They enforce rules, control the pace, and protect the integrity of every hand. Great dealers bring energy, focus, and strong customer service. They create a fun, professional atmosphere players trust and return to.

Bartenders

You set the tone at The Rail. You move quick. You stay sharp. You know your pours and you keep your bar tight. You talk to guests like they matter. Because they do, they are the only reason we are open.

We are building a bar that players want to come back to even on nights they don’t play. That means service that is fast, friendly, and steady. You manage pressure without losing your edge. You know how to read a room.

Food & Beverage Manager

You run the back and the front with equal strength. Systems matter. Standards matter. Cleanliness matters. You train people. You hold the line. You fix problems before they spread.

You understand food cost. Labor. Inventory. You lead by example. You build a team that shows up ready. You create consistency so our guests get the same strong experience every time.

This is a working leadership role. You will be in it, not watching from a desk.
