Introduction
Desert Bluffs Poker Club is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our patrons. Poker should be fun, but we understand that for some individuals, it can become a problem. This policy aims to promote responsible gaming and conduct.
Zero-Tolerance for Violence and Threats
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons and staff is paramount. Our staff are trained to deal with such situations effectively and discretely to minimize disruptions and risks.
Desert Bluffs Poker Club maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence or threats, whether verbal, physical, or through any other means. Any individual found to be engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the premises and will be banned from returning.
Legal action will always be pursued against anyone making credible threats to players or staff.
Age Requirement
All players must be at least 21 years old to participate in any gaming activities. Valid ID is required.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe that gaming is becoming a problem for you, you may voluntarily exclude yourself from our facility for a designated period. Washington State Gambling Commission Laws may require reporting and we follow all guidelines and laws set forth by the WSGC.
Financial Limits
We encourage all players to set both time and financial limits before starting any poker game.
Alcohol Consumption
Limit alcohol consumption while playing. Visibly Intoxicated patrons will always be required to leave the gaming area.
Be Aware of the Signs
If you notice symptoms like chasing losses, lying about gambling activities, or neglecting responsibilities, please seek help immediately.

If you or someone you know needs help with problem gambling, reach out to organizations like Gamblers Anonymous or local helpline services.
Monitoring and Training
Staff members are trained to recognize the symptoms of problem gambling and will act accordingly to enforce this policy.

This policy will be annually reviewed and updated to ensure it aligns with best practices.
